Our Story
We want to cultivate love for and connection to country through sharing culture and native foods.
Dale Vocale is the Monero Ngarigo chef from Orbost in East Gippsland and the entrepreneur behind Street Feast. He has a passion for sharing Aboriginal culture through a uniquely Australian menu filled with native flavours. Along with his wife and business partner Jenni, he has built a successful food truck and event catering business that aims to bring everyone to the table. They are committed to promoting native foods and building local supply chains.

Native Foods
We want to see First Nations communities faring their own foods, in their ways, from their peoples.
We are passionate about native foods, we bring them into our dishes wherever we can. We use local suppliers where possible, but a lot of produce is still foraged by the community working on the land. This means a lot of uncertainty with supply and pricing, which makes it hard for businesses like ours. There is an opportunity for community-led efforts to develop sustainable, collective and transparent economic development and land-management. We advocate for traditional land management techniques and the sustainable and holistic cultivation of traditional foodsSlow Cooked Meats
Succulent sliders, banging burgers, super-salads and spectacular sides make Street Feast a great option, for your event.
We serve a range of meats that are cooked low and slow from 18-24 hours. Our famous native dry rub and marinades give the meats a unique Australian taste. If that sounds good, ask about our range of native meats, like our roasted Kangaroo or curried Crocodile.

Event Catering
What will events look like in 2021? We aren’t sure, but we have our fingers crossed for those celebrating important events next year.
We’re now taking bookings and lockdown restrictions allowing, we’ll be providing COVID-19 safe event catering with our food trucks from January onwards. We think it might be the year of boutique outdoor weddings, picnics, bbqs and backyard gatherings!
Food Trucks
Great Food. Great Service. Great Experience.
Fancy a food truck at your next event? A birthday, wedding or just because? We have you covered.
How does it work? Our food trucks are booked on a minimum spend, depending on the day and season. We build a custom food truck menu, with plenty of allergy friendly options to customise.
Grazing Boxes
Don’t have the space for a food truck or need an easy to transport option for your next event?
Our grazing boxes can be a great alternative to a grazing table. We make them up to suit your event. Go for a classic grazing table in a box, featuring cheeses, dips, meats and fruits.
